PEADATO TECHLIFT PROGRAMME
Peadato Techlift Programme is designed to discover, nurture, and empower young tech talents across Ghana and West Africa. This programme offers recent graduates and early-career professionals the opportunity to gain hands-on experience, work on impactful projects, and develop into industry-ready professionals.
Programme Structure
Participants will work with Peadato’s product and engineering teams on innovative solutions across our core platforms. Interns will get experience in:
- Web Development (WordPress)
- Software Development
- Mobile App Development
- Graphic Design
- Social Media Management / Digital Marketing
General Entry Requirements
To be eligible for the Peadato Techlift Program, applicants must:
- Be between the ages of 20 and 28 years at the time of application.
- Have recently completed a degree/diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or any tech-related field.
- Show evidence of technical skills (e.g., GitHub, personal projects, hackathon experience, portfolio).
- Be resident in Kumasi, or willing to relocate and stay within the company premises or its vicinity throughout the internship period.
- Must have completed the mandatory NSS program.
- Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn, collaborate, and contribute.
